The TNT Mentorship is so much more than telling you how to exercise and what to eat.

EVOLVE's TNT mentorship  is a principle based program that starts where you are and builds out from there.

The objective of this challenge is simple:

  1. Customize a plan specific to your unique needs and goals

  2. Help you execute the plan consistently until your goals are achieved.

Here's how we do it:

  • We will identify your Goals and the real driving force (motivation) behind them. 

  • We will determine the Skills necessary to achieve those goals.

  • We will establish the Practices necessary to develop those skills.

  • We will create regular Action Steps that you can easily and consistently carry out. These action steps will lead to powerful new habits that will move you toward your goals and lasting change.

  • The process is generally grouped together in 2 week focus blocks with specific lessons, workouts and action steps.


We supplement our TNT program with our coaching app to provide accountability, deliver educational material, daily tasks and periodic forms as well as a vehicle for daily communication.  

Weekly Training Sessions

This program includes your workouts. You will receive 2-3 personal training sessions weekly (1-on-1 and/or small group personal training)

The system is based on strategically implementing tiny habits to create meaningful, lasting change. This time tested, evidence based program may seem simplistic, but it produces amazing results.

Small Group Personal Training

The camaraderie of TEAM can be powerful, it can inspire your best and push you to new levels. At EVOLVE we wanted to leverage the advantages of the group but weren't willing to sacrifice the personal attention of 1-on-1. We found the best of both worlds with small TEAM's of just 2-4 people.
Our Small Group Personal Training provides all the benefits of 1-on-1 with the cost saving, motivational benefit of larger group exercise classes.
