20 minute phone or virtual initial Intake Our training app complete with your custom program and video exercise instruction 30 minute introductory virtual training session Unlimited communication (text/email) Unlimited phone correspondence (by appointment)

Cancellation Policy

We reserve a time slot for you and therefor have a strict 24 hour reciprocal cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less that 24 hours you will be charged for that appointment. Conversely, if EVOLVEEXERCISE cancels on you with less that 24 hours notice we will issue you a credit for 1 session.
