Cancellation Policy

We reserve a time slot for you and therefor have a strict 24 hour reciprocal cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less that 24 hours you will be charged for that appointment. Conversely, if EVOLVEEXERCISE cancels on you with less that 24 hours notice we will issue you a credit for 1 session.
