Masks
Updated: Oct 12, 2020
In these strange, ever changing times the new world order should be to cover your face. Although early on in this pandemic our leaders told us that masks would not be helpful, it appears that this was grossly inaccurate. There is a large body of research that shows just the opposite; wearing masks (covering your face) will most certainly help flatten the curve and in a big way.

The biggest shortcoming seen with mask use seems to be adherence... so just wear a mask. You don't have to wear an N95 respirator mask (nor should you unless you're a health care worker), but covering your face can help slow the spread, which in turn will get us out of quarantine and put us on the road to recovery. Here's a helpful link to the CDC website:
Use of Cloth Face Coverings to Help Slow the Spread of COVID-19
And here's a link to a video that I found informative and oddly inspirational:
Why we need #Masks4All, and how to make your own masks
I hope this resonates and doesn't sound too preachy, but I truly believe in unity we can overcome the devastation of this pandemic and start moving forward once again.
Stay Safe, Stay Healthy!
