Our program (known as High Intensity Training or HIT) focuses on brief, infrequent, intense exercise that has consistently produced maximum results in a minimum amount of time.

Our TNT Mentorship extends beyond the walls of the gym. It's more about the time you spend outside of the gym. We focus on your life and the adjustments necessary to produce the results you seek. Life is messy and goals are a moving target, creating lasting change is about continually adjusting to keep you moving in the right direction.

This program has a hard cap of 5 people per 6-10 week cycle and requires an initial interview to assure it's the right fit for you.

My name is Michele. I’m a woman in my early 70’s at a height of 4’11”.  I certainly don’t feel my age, and I’m told frequently that I don’t look it.  I’d venture to say it’s because I’ve always put in effort to keep mind and body strong.  To that end, I’ve been working out with Rick for over 12 years now. It’s been a pleasure.  Not only have I increased my physical strength (i.e. surpassing 500 lbs on the leg press), but with ease Rick engages me in great conversations keeping my mind active and not focused on the challenges of the workouts.    He’s my Rock Star!
